Jeff Parrish, President
Jeff has 32 years of experience both with A&H and P&C reinsurance brokerage. He began his insurance/reinsurance career at Seibels Bruce and Company in 1977 as a property underwriter in the Reinsurance Division. His job duties included property placements, crop-hail management and reinsurance brokerage. He has been involved in the production of property and casualty, accident and health, and specialty lines brokerage accounts both directly and in the reinsurance marketplace. He has also helped develop many insurance and reinsurance programs as well as support several MGU facilities.

Jim Kirkpatrick, VP of Administration
Jim has over 32 years of experience in direct company underwriting, reinsurance placements and program management, utilizing his strong underwriting and analytical talents. Jim also has 20 years experience underwriting fully insured and major medical, underwriting stop loss, and running MGUs. He has developed underwriting and auditing protocols for various lines of business and has participated in program audits. He has been a key leader in developing IT systems for managing blocks of direct placement and reinsurance business. He also has extensive experience in writing contracts and treaties for differing lines of business. His reinsurance experience includes both pro rata and excess lines.

Tonya Jackson, VP of Insurance Services
Tonya has over 12 years of underwriting, placement, and administration experience in all lines of reinsurance and insurance business. She is responsible for account management and regular communication with Resolution Re's clients and partners.

Joda Fortson, Vice President
Joda has 28 years of experience in P&C reinsurance and insurance business. He began his insurance career with a major underwriter of Southeastern Coastal properties where he experienced underwriting, portfolio management, aggregate monitoring and reinsurance placement. Joda worked closely with reinsurers monitoring aggregates and wind zones, and developing underwriting practices in a period prior to the use of modern catastrophe modeling software. Since joining Resolution Re in 1998, he has been involved in the development and placement of many P&C programs, including the placement of Excess layers and the development and placement of a Coastal Homeowner's/Dwelling Program.

Adam Sheehan, Sales and Marketing
Adam joined the Resolution Re team in June of 2007. He has been involved with the placement of several P&C opportunities and handles the monthly management, reporting, and administration of these programs. Adam has also taken a more active role in the underwriting services that ResRe provides.

Chase Irons, Sales and Marketing
Chase began with Res Re in 2008 focusing primarily on Association benefits and services for college students, particularly student health insurance. She continues to help develop new products and marketing materials for the student market and assists in marketing for GAP plans and supplemental products such as Term Life and AD&D, Critical Illness, dental, and vision.

Patrick Scott, Administrative Marketing
Upon completion of his MBA from The Citadel, Patrick joined the Res Re team in September of 2011. Patrick will be involved in new marketing opportunities as well as the monthly management, reporting, and administration of A&H and P&C programs.

Stephen Parrish
Stephen joined the Res Re team in October 2011. After completing his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina, he entered the insurance industry with a large carrier and attained valuable sales experience in both the A&H and P&C marketplace. Stephen will be involved in new sales and marketing opportunities for ResRe.
